How do I get started?
Create an account with your email address. You're in the dashboard straight away, and you can create an API key there. Your 7-day free trial starts then, no card needed.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing costs 11 months' price for 12 months of service: $319 for Alerts, $1,639 for API and $5,489 for Team.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep access until then.
What happens if I go over my API requests?
Requests over your monthly allowance return 429 Too Many Requests until the next billing period. We email you at 80% and 100%, and you can upgrade at any point to get more straight away.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: 50% off any paid plan for students, academic research groups and patient advocacy nonprofits. Email info@posolix.com from your institution's address.
Can I use the data commercially?
Yes, on any paid plan. The underlying data comes from public US government sources. Our terms of use cover how you can use the API and what we provide.
