Real-time clinical trial & FDA tracker

Try for free

Know when a trial or drug changes status.

Posolix is a real-time clinical trial and FDA approval tracker. Subscribe to an illness or a medication in the dashboard and get an email as soon as a new trial or approval comes out, or send every change to your own endpoint by webhook.

7-day free trial, then plans from $29 a month. See pricing.

One feed for trials and approvals, three ways to use it.

Pick the conditions, sponsors, phases or drug classes you care about. Posolix tracks them and tells you what changed, not just what's there.

Webhooks

Subscribe with a filter and get a signed POST every time a matching record changes. Each event carries the before and after values, so you don't have to diff anything yourself.

Historical API

Query every change we've recorded, filtered by date, sponsor, condition, phase or event type. Useful for backtesting, research and filling a database on day one.

Search dashboard

Browse the same data without writing code. Subscribe to any illness, medication or search and get an email when something new comes out.

Which one do you need?

Same data, four ways to get it. The API plan gets all four.

Data coverage.

Three public US sources, checked on a schedule. Every version is stored, so history builds up from the day we start tracking a record. Full details are in the API docs.

DataWhat we trackEventsCheckedHistory
Clinical trialsEvery registered US study: status, phase, enrollment, dates, sites and resultstrial.* (6 types)At least dailyEvery version from when we start tracking
Drug approvalsDrug applications (NDA, ANDA, BLA), their products and submissionsdrug.approved, drug.supplement_approvedAt least dailyFull submission history as published by the FDA
Drug labelsPrescribing information by SPL set ID, section by sectionlabel.updated, label.boxed_warning_changedAt least dailyEvery version from when we start tracking

Check frequency is our target at launch. The public FDA datasets refresh on their own schedule, often weekly, so FDA changes can take a few days to reach any service built on them.

Search every trial and approval, then subscribe to what you care about.

Search for an illness or a medication, narrow it down by phase, sponsor or status, and hit Subscribe. From then on we'll email you whenever a matching trial is registered, changes status or a drug is approved.

Subscribed. We'll email you when a new phase 3 lung cancer trial or approval comes out.

Questions.

What do I get?

Every plan includes a login to the search dashboard and email alerts. The API and Team plans add an API key for webhooks and the historical API. We're still early, so expect some changes while we learn what you need.

How do I get in?

Create an account with your email address. Your 7-day free trial starts right away, with the dashboard, email alerts and an API key. No card needed.

Can I get notified about a specific illness or medication?

Yes. Search for it in the dashboard, add filters like phase or sponsor if you want, and click Subscribe. We'll email you when a matching trial is registered or changes status, or when a matching drug is approved. Developers can have the same alerts sent to their own endpoint as webhooks.

How much does it cost?

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. After that, plans start at $29 a month for alerts and $149 a month for the API and webhooks. See pricing.

How fresh is the data?

We check for updates on a regular schedule and send emails and webhooks as soon as we detect a change.

Can I use this for medical decisions?

No. Posolix is a data and notification service, not medical advice. Always verify a record independently before acting on it.
